Orders

To make an order, go to the website and choose your preferred watch. Click on the “Add to Cart” button. Review your bag details such as the quantity and price before proceeding to the next step.

If you use a coupon or promo code, the discounted amount will only be displayed on the checkout page.

The common errors while placing an order occur mostly during the checkout process. Such errors may have something to do with your credit card’s billing information or insufficient card balance. You can try checking if the addresses match or call your bank directly for assistance.

At times, you may have put an incorrect security code in the order causing the error. To fix this, kindly double check your order during checkout and make sure that all information is correct. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover have three digits security code located at the back of the card while American Express has four digits at the front of the card.

Also, do not attempt to place multiple unsuccessful orders as this may result in multiple credit and debit card authorizations. Any pending authorizations due to multiple unsuccessful orders must be removed from your account within 3-5 business days or upon your bank’s approval.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal.

All final orders are shipped within Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Every order has a different shipping date primarily dependent upon your credit card verification. Hence, an additional 1-2 business days is needed for your order to be processed before shipping. Moreover, deliveries are done from Monday – Friday as well, except for holidays.

Yes. A tracking number will be sent to you via email within 1-2 business days. Otherwise, kindly contact our customer service if you have not received anything.

All cancellations and/ or change of orders are subjected to a final review in accordance with our internal guidelines. If your reason is acceptable, the changes or cancellation will be processed immediately. Please note that it is important to seek help from our customer service to process your request.

Any items can be returned or exchanged only once for any reason within thirty days (30) after the order is received. The item must be in the same condition upon delivery with its original packaging and tags still intact.

Please note that you need to contact our customer service first if you wish to exchange or return an item. The order number and the reason are needed to process the request. Failure to contact our customer support will just cause delays and may be a reason to forfeit your chance of returning or exchanging the item.

Congratulations on your purchase! To get started, instructions are given on the watch’s guidebook together with the warranty card. Kindly read the instructions carefully before using your watch to avoid any damages. For any questions, you can always contact our customer service.

All watches have a one-year warranty. You can find all the pertinent information on the watch’s manual that is included in the box. For more questions, kindly contact our customer service.

If your watch needs to get repaired regardless if it is under warranty or not, kindly contact our customer service first for assistance.
